A Shrewsbury wellbeing business is wrapping up the year with an act of kindness that perfectly captures the spirit of the season.
Dwtylife, the Shropshire-based company known for helping everyday people get happier, has launched a festive Secret Santa giveaway to celebrate gratitude and give back to the local community.
Giving Back to Those Who Give
Founder Sian has created the initiative to recognise people across Shrewsbury who make life lighter and brighter for those around them. The giveaway features locally and ethically made Dwtylife merchandise, including joyful knitted hats, hand-screen-printed garments and the brand's most-loved guided journals.
Each gift puts surplus merchandise from this year's Happier Festival to meaningful use, wrapped with love and delivered with a heartfelt message for the recipient.
"This season is all about slowing down, savouring what is, and finding gratitude for things big and small. Community built Dwtylife from the ground up. It's important to me to give back and nurture our family whenever I can. Creating a moment of no-strings-attached giving felt like a natural way to say thank you to the people who spread kindness and compassion year-round in our county."
How It Works
Members of the public were invited to nominate someone special by tagging them in Dwtylife's festive post and sharing why that person makes their world a brighter place.
Dwtylife's Holly and Sian, fondly known as "Santa's littlest helpers", selected 25 deserving nominees at random to receive a surprise gift delivered straight to their door.
Kindness and connection sit at the heart of the brand, and this initiative aims to spread exactly that at a time of year where it matters most.
Building on Summer Success
The festive giveaway follows the success of Dwtylife's first-ever Happier Festival earlier this summer, which brought together over 50 local creatives and businesses through stalls, workshops and activities.
The event welcomed more than 240 guests for a day of wellness, community and celebration. The team is already looking ahead to next year's festival on Saturday 1st August 2026.
Gratitude is one of Dwtylife's core pillars, and this seasonal initiative puts that value into action in a tangible way that benefits the local community.
